Tongue problem
I am suffering from painful and sour tongue from a week. I can spot that some of the taste buds are inflated and have become white. It always hurts like I have eaten something spicy. What could be the reason?

You need to get it checked to rule out a fungal infection. If it is a fungal infection your doctor may prescribe candid mouth paint. However it is important to clinically examine to confirm if it is a fungal infection or allergic reaction to something or a vitamin deficiency
