  4. Tongue protrusion. To consult for it?

Tongue protrusion
Always keep mouth open while sleeping as well as awake. Tongue either rest on upper palate or always out. Please suggest me To whom i need to consult for it

Better to consult Pediatrician. It could be due to any anatomical or endocrinal issue or could be completely normal as well. Post pic or consult.

Please see a pediatrician. Will need complete examination of the child including external features and mouth. Cannot tell without seeing the patient.
