Tongue tail chhale n stomach not well

Question

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I hv chhale in tail of tounge from last 1 month. I hv taken medicine(15 days allopathy and now homeopathy) but nothing worked. Gastric is also there,motions are tight and 3-4 times a day.plz suggest something.

Please check dental issues in case of persistent oral ulcers. Take Vitamin supplementation along with local gel/ ointment ( Zytee) . If recurrent consult to rule out other issues. Take Fibogel powder 2tsp bedtime in a glass of water for tight stools. Hydrate well
