Tongue tip issue
Dear doctor,
From past 20 days I have tongue tip soreness. I can feel the taste but tongue tip get start burning if I eat very light spicy food. I feel like tongue tip has become rough. If I touch it I feel like hard on surface means no coating on tongue. If I move tongue surrounding to teeth and upside of mouth I get light pain in tasting buds.
I'm not sure from which food I got allergy. Is this allergy symptoms. Please suggest good medication to turn my tongue normal.
