Toning lower body
I have a pear shaped body, which gives me a very slim upper body and a fatter lower body. I am prone to getting cellulite on my hips and thighs. Will squats reduce the appearance of cellulite and will doing rigorous lower body workouts also make me lose weight on my upper body? I do not want to lose weight on my upper body since I am already slim.

You cannot shed weight unless you follow the four principles. Exercise for atleast two hours, proper diet, lifestyle modification I.e.,involving exercises in the routines and attitudinal change towards food and exercise. Fat reduction cannot be focused to one part of the body. When you exercise fat levels come down all over the body. Make weight reduction a long term goal like 1 year or two years.

Follow proper exercises and diet regime to get desire results. Weight loss should be gradual so that it 'll easy to maintain later. Go to professionals and do exercises under observation...
