Tonsil Stones and Swollen Lymph Nodes.
I have 3 swollen lymph nodes. Two under my jaw and one towards my groin area. I started to have a sore throat first and then noticed the swollen lymph nodes. I get chronic tonsil stones and they get really bad. My tonsils are forever stretched.

You seem to be suffering from cervical lymphadenitis secondary to throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery. If tonsil stones are troublesome then surgery may be required
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
