I'm having soo much pain in neck and upper chest it's too red and witish red patches what can be the problem and what should I do I'm already taking Zerodol-SP and Zifi CV 200 from last 2 days but it's not working at all please help me I'm soo much worried

More details on your symptoms will be needed. Is there any fever, cough, cold, travel history, breathing difficulty?
Also you are already in the middle of the antibiotic course.
