Tonsillitis/Oral gonorrhea?.. you decide
Thinking I had tonsillitis i went to the doctors who checked me gave me penicillin. Began on Monday (1 4x a day) I have never had problem with penicillin, but I have now had lots of ulcers come up on my lips and left side on my gums, which are painful and yellow. I have had tonsillitis a lot in the past but never these kind of issues. Googling symptoms oral gonorrhea seems most likely and I have not been tested since a new partner on Friday. Any help/ advice would be much appreciated

Oral ulceration is probably not because of penicillin allergy, sometimes viral infections can present similar to tonsillitis and after viral infection subsides people develop post viral apthous ulcers of the mouth. Usually they will resolve in few days. Only symptomatic analgesics are required
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
