Too much baby movement-22 weeks
Yesterday I barely felt one or two . But today I M feeling too many movements . I had some sweets today .Wondering if it is a concern . Pls advise . I started feeling movements on daily basis from 21stvweek.

Take a boiled egg daily Listen devotional music and wear bangles to promote hearing in baby Sleep for two hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime to improve blood flow to baby Drink lots of water and fruits juice Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses and travel Avoid papaya and pineapple Avoid jarring music

That's fine dear. Yr little one seems to be bored alone and wants to talk with you. Nothing to worry. After any diet intake, the movement are appreciated more. Count yr baby movements for 1 hr each after yr major meals ( breakfast lunch dinner) If all sums upto > 10 then it's fine. But if less than 10, u need to consult your GYNAECOLOGIST for further evaluation information and treatment

It can happen that sometimes movement r more & sometime less. Generally after having food for next 1 hour they r more
