Too much gas
Having too much gas immediately after food. Uncomfortable for 3-4 hours. I don't smoke, drink and have no reported allergies. Don't take any medication. Am not able to eat properly due to gas problem. It's disturbing my day to day functions. Please let me know what should I do. Thanks.

The cause of gas may VARIOUD TYPES OF GASTRITIS, IBS CONSTIPATION, ETC. these need to be differentiated. And treated accordingly.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks etc. have plenty of fluids in the time period between two meals.
