You seem to be going through a tough. Your symptoms suggest emotional upheaval due to some stress in your life. Anger is a healthy emotion which tells us that something is wrong and needs to be changed. But how we express our anger can make or break a relationship.
Next Steps
You need further evaluation. Please see a counselling psychologist. If you are suicidal please go to the nearest hospital as this is an emergency situation.
Health Tips
Learn how to manage your expectations from people, don't spend your time and energy on unimportant matters, be assertive instead of aggressive. Staying away from people is not a healthy option. You can feel isolated in the long run. About your fear of death, is there any logical reason for the fear or you are reacting to some arbitrary thoughts running in your mind?
