Too much thinking and fear
I usually thinks a lot... When something risky  happens i thinks a lot...everytime the thinking runs in my head like what will happen...again if someone cheat me or hurt me then also anger for that person prevails for a long...i cant control anger or hatred for that person...means everything gets amplified..how can i manage it... I cant control my mind...lack of confidence...lack of decision making...what should i do...

Hello From your description it appears that you may be suffering from Anxiety problem. Depression also needs to be ruled out. Consult Psychiatrist for proper treatment. Till then try & focus on present moment, learn from your past mistakes, take them as learning lessons. Ups & downs are part of life. Every experience teaches you something. All the best

It seems there is lack of confidence and worth about yourself. You are having insecurities and you need to resolve that for healthy future relationship I believe you should discuss your concerns in detail with a mental health professional to gain an insight about nature of problem and ways to overcome it through psychotheraputic techniques
