Obviously as my fellow friend said do not ignore  dental abcess.  if ignored it might lead to serious health issues.  If it get released in mouth (which we call intra oral draining sinus)  then imagine what is going directly inside stomach.  Or if not space infection can occur.  Which is going to be problematic.
Next Steps
in such case highly advised. do not just read internet and try to do at home. rather rush to local doctor have it checked and get your treatment done. as soon as possible
Health Tips
do not apply hot application or warm application in case of abcess in dental origin.  you might land in problem do not listen to any body other than doctors advise.  just have warm saline rinses.  as much as.  provided if not sensitive to hot solid Or liquid food.
