take cifi 200 twice daily and diclomol twice daily for time being for the relied from pain.

Popping a painkiller is not the solution. Please visit a dentist and post clinical and X Ray evaluation they would explain you the right treatment to be followed. No point taking painkillers when treated can solve all problems.

If you are having pain even after taking pain killer then it only means that tooth is infected. You need to visit your dentist and he will prescribe necessary antibiotics.
