Have pain in my tooth since last night, I thinks its a cavity issue but not clear on that. Took antibiotic to reduce the pain last night, but seems like the pain is back

Hello The pain won’t go like that with tablets you need to visit s dentist for treatment Please do that soon Because looks like your problem needs a filling or if the decay is more rct has to be done

It is not advisable to take antibiotics at random. Taking them inappropriately ( the wrong antibiotic, inadequate doze , or duration) can make you unresponsive in the future. Also antibiotics don't take care of pain, in the short term. You need to visit a dentist , for the proper diagnosis and treatment.
