That is for sure therw is some problem and u r ignoring with ur carelessness. Just go to dentist and get ur x ray done. Without x ray it is difficult to predict what exactly the clinical situation is. Waise to that tooth should go for rct

Please don't wait further visit ur nearby dentist before pain increases. As u said that u had got pain before too, make it a point to go for regular check-up already once every 6 months to a dentist so that they can diagnose any caries or any other problem at the earliest when it has just started and do d needful so that it doesn't cause much pain or any other problem at a later date
