Hi mam.....        you can relieve from tooth ache with only painkillers followed by antibiotics....

kindly visit nearby dentist and do X_ray of particular teeth done to rule out the condition of your teeth...According to this  painkiller and antibiotics  and furthur treatment can be prescribed by dentist...

Take ketorol DT tab disperse it in 10 ml of water and consult nearby dentist to get rid of it
