You should immediately go for rct. Saving your teeth is most important. Do as advised by your dental surgeon. Sitting depends upon infection.

RCT may be done in 1 sitting if the tooth is vital. If it is non vital then more than 1 sitting may be required. Cap has to be made in the lab so definitely more than 1 sitting

It's better to save the tooth than the removal..  Yeah rct can be done in single sitting also.. But for cap placement it needs one more visit...
