Hello For a proper treatment it is very important to know the cause of your discomfort. A clinical examination is required for the same and I would suggest you to visit your nearby dentist shortly. If the pain is due to hard brushing or trauma from food - it will subside in 3-5 days. You can use dologel or hexigel If the pain is due to a cavity - root canal treatment or extraction is the option which can be decided by your dentist after examining an xray If the pain is due to erruption of teeth - it will subside soon. If it's intolerable you can go for extraction of the same.
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist asap
Health Tips
for temporary pain relief you can do like warm salt water gaurgle 4-5 times a day , apply icepacks. if the pain is too much you can apply topical dologel. avoid painkillers and self medication. donot delay your visit to dentist ..... the case might worsen
