Hi The cavity is quite deep which involves your pulp (core )of the teeth. To save your teeth you should proceed with root canal therapy followed by crown over it. Check with the x-ray for root anatomy too. Take tablet .Ketoral DT 10mg for pain relief.

Get an X-ray done. If it is possible to restore them you can do a root canal and capping. If there is root decay then extraction may be required The other side molar also requires a filling

The tooth appears damaged a lot and with X-ray a decision if it may be saved or need removal may be made.
