tooth requires a filling or RCT depends on the depth of cavity. show dentist to 1st for pain relief. then followup with treatment.

If thereis cavity then need to evaluate the amount of damage to tooth ..involvement if vital tooth parts ..if the cavity is deep and painful .normally root canal treatment is advisable ...along with crown
