Definitely dental implants is the best treatment modality for replacement of missing tooth . But any thing could be done or commented before clinical examination and looking at the X-ray & scans.

An implantologist will take your current radiograph to check amount of bone available and he will also check for the intra-Oral site quality. Bone quality and quantity are vital in Implant placement. If quality or quantity is not adequate, implantologist has to change the treatment plan for improving the site. Some times medications, diabetic status, allergic conditions might alter the treatment plan. Implant success mainly depends upon the treatment planning
