Mild to moderate pain is seen for a day or two if single visit rct was done . Continuous pain for days together you need to address the tooth again . Might need a Re - rct . Rct treated teeth become brittle and are tentative to fracture hence we always suggest you to go for a cap/crown . Please do visit back a dentist . N better get it checked on a radigraph as well.

Pain is normal for few days after root canal. We need a xray to confirm root canal accuracy. A cap is always recommended after root canal to prevent tooth breakage
