I got my lower right last molar removed today. I have got stiches as doctor told me that he rubbed the bone. Should i try to speak now. It has been 6 hours after the surgery. And also i am feeling slighly constant pain in the same region. Plus i feel a bit bloody taste. Is it normal?

It is absolutely normal and you can try speaking but no spitting throughout the day. Try having lot of cold and soft diet including ice creams cold butter milk etc. Please do not put anything hot or apply hot stuff including balm n all. And take all the medications as prescribed. The blood sometimes takes slightly longer time to clot completely but if you feel the same tomorrow also then do give a visit to your dentist once.
