Hello for Thai there might be two reasons one is either some decay is left out in the tooth or while filling there was space left between tooth and filling which gives pain Second the filling is very close to the nerve which is making it painful We need to take and c ray and evaluate further

Hi. Sensitivity after filling could either mean that the filling has fractured or broken off. Or that tooth has been secondarily infected. Please show the tooth to the dentist again, if reqd take an x-ray so that re treatment can be planned
