Severe tooth pain since wisdom teeth is coming out. Please suggest remedy and pain killer. Do we need to visit a doctor. Or is it possible to deliver a medicine at our house

Mox cv 2 timesa day with metrogyl 500 mg 3 times a day for 5 days Brush vigorously d area Use salt water gargling Pain is too much than go with pain killer acenac p
