Hi, you can take analgesics for reducing pain but that will give you temporary relief. Better to visit a dentist and get oral examination done. After examination and X-ray we can find out the cause and permanent treatment of pain.

Talk to experienced dentist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
You have pain from 10 days while chewing the food. There are several causes of pain on chewing food like periodontal problems, periapical pathology, tooth mobility, gingival problems, bone loss particular tooth, groosly carious tooth etc. I suggests you to visit nearest good dentist and examine. For your problem no any home remedies work.
Floss at least once a day. Proper flossing removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth, Regularly get a new toothbrush. Change your toothbrush when it becomes frayed, about every three to four months, and choose a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Schedule regular dental checkups. See your dentist on a regular basis — generally once or twice a year — to have your teeth or dentures examined and cleaned.
