Is the pain in the lower back tooth on left side? If so, check if the tooth is shaking. If so, you can get it removed. If its not shaking, consult a pedodontist for opinion.

It is not clear on X-ray. Please state clearly which tooth is paining as the child has both permanent and milk teeth in the mouth.
