When ever I eat some sweets or chocolates my teeth become very painful and after some time it will be all right on its own. But normally if I don't eat chocolate or sweet I don't feel any problem. What may be the reason behind this???

Your complain is a typical example of a tooth decay. The extent of decay can be done by visiting a dentist and then whether you need only a tooth filling or any other treatment that can be decided. But remember the earlier you visit your dentist the better. Because a stitch in time saves nine.
