If the wisdom tooth is impacted it is better to go for removal. Extraction is done under local anesthesia and is usually painless procedure. After extraction you will need to take antibiotics and painkillers for a few days.
Health Tips
Ideally the wisdom tooth should be removed before you do crown for the RC treated tooth

If it’s troubling u,it’s better to get it removed.u might have got cavity because of the tilted wisdom tooth as food can get struck between the two molars and u were not able to keep it clean. All extraction procedures are done under local anaesthesia.u may feel like the doctor is doing something but u won’t feel any pain during the procedure.as it’s a surgical procedure u might be having some discomfort which can be controlled by proper medication and instructions.
Next Steps
Kindly plan ur removal on weekend, like on Friday so that u Hve two days on hand to rest urslf.
Health Tips
Doctor can always reduce the pain during the treatment, but u r the only person who can control and over come ur fear..
