Bleeding from the gums is the sign of gum disease most commonly. You must visit a dentist and clear the doubts. Routine scaling of teeth once in 6 months is mandatory.

You may use a mouthwash along with soft brushing twice daily. Also you may contact a dentist for a scaling round to remove any plaque contributing to gum bleeding.
