If your teeth are not broken down too much you can restore them with due treatment.. It should not be extracted

You can get an iopa( dental x Ray) done to asses the condition of the tooth. If the tooth is salvageable it’s best to save the tooth, especially considering your age. Visit the nearest dentist and get an X-ray done.
