This condition is called as periodontitis . The main cause may be calculus this would have first been as gingivitis i.e inflammation and redness of gums.
Periodontitis.
Pocket formation = apical migration of gums.
Root exposure.
Bone loss
Mobility of teeth.
This requires proper scaling and root planning.
And continuos review appointments to improve the condition.

You seem to be having periodontal infection. Please consult a good periodontist for gum treatment. Depending on the severity you may require scaling and polishing or even periodontal flap Surgery if pockets are deep.
