Tooth sensitivity and tooth caving in
Hi I'm experiencing sensitivity in my tongue and find that my teeth are caving in with yellowish coating on them. No matter how hard I brush it does not go away and the sensitivity seems to be there. Kindly advise on this condition.

Hello sir, general cleaning and polishing is mandatory... Use Antisensitivity paste followed by chlorhexidine mouthwash.. Do not brush hardly use a soft brush always... Yellow deposits will not go with brushing, need to do a general cleaning..

This yellow coating cannot be removed by brushing. U have to do deep gingival scaling and polishing. As a result after that u might feel more senstivity but that will be for short while . Start wth warm saline rinses 5 6 times a day

You are having tartar deposits which can cause slight gum recession leading to sensitivity. Please get your scaling and polishing ( cleaning of teeth) done. Then Home maintainence with twice a day brushing and flossing and mouthwash should be enough to maintain the teeth .
Health Tips
Regular check ups at least once a year are advised
