Tooth shaking and pain-do i need implant
Hi ,This is sangeeta ,age 29 yrs.My doctor is suggesting for dental implant for my lower front 2 teeth because its shaking.Kindly let me know if i need to do so.

Doctor is absolutely correct
There are two ways of replacing your missing natural teeth first is bridges and second is implant
In bridges we have to disturb your good natural teeth and already your teeth are mobile so support for adjoining teeth will also be less
Best option will be impalnts where u r not involving adjacent teeth for support

If it is shaking and cannot be saved, then you will need some form of replacement. Either an bridge, Implant or an ceramic splint.
First understand what is the underlying aetiology of mobility of your teeth and get that problem corrected.
Next Steps
If mild mobility, the tooth can be splinted and saved for about 3-4 years.

If lower teeth are shaking need to be assesed the underlying cause for it. Hope all other teeth are in good condition. Kindly get consultation done from periodontist. If teeth are grade 1 to grade 2 mobile and u r not interested in extraction get splinting done or if teeth has to be removed u can consider most conservative treatment that is fiber reinforced bridge.

Good evening
As u said ur teeth are moving ..that means there is problem in periodontal and bone loss .. If there is severe bone loss them placing Implant also will fail then what ever effort u kept will get Waste. So once u get complete Mouth x ray then we can know ur bone levels and if there is good amount of bone then Implants will be good or else.. We can go with some other technique to make ur bone strong then v can do treatment ..
