Hi can somebody recommend me best tooth whitening toothpaste. I smoke cigarettes on regular intervals.

No toothpaste will do tooth whitening . Go for scaling and polishing

Quit smoking completely and permanently. Or other smoking or smokeless habits(if any). Get scaling done. Followed by that maintain oral hygiene by twice brushing daily after meal. Use Dental floss. Mouthwash once in every two days, after meal. Tongue cleaning regularly with plastic tongue scraper.

Firstly quit smoking ( if facing difficulty....visit a Dentist nearby for counseling) Then visit a dentist and get scaling done. You will be given oral hygiene instructions....follow them

Tooth whitening pastes do not really work alone especially With a habit like smoking. For effective results professional teeth whitening is the best solution. If you continue smoking however you may need frequent touchups. For your satisfaction you may try tooth whitening toothpastes available over the counter but they don't really help.
