I'm having pain in my front teeth for few days. In very next teeth I had cavity that is fixed with dental filling. I'm not able to eat or even drink as it pains a lot. What's the problem? :(

As far as I can see I think there is a cavity between the two teeth.
There may be an underlying infection in the teeth
You need to get an x-ray done so it can be evaluated further

As far as I can see there is a minor swelling adjacent to your tooth. This could be the reason of discomfort. You need to visit a dentist and get an xray done for that region so as to confirm the problem.
