Toothache due to cavity
Dear sir, My son who is 3 years and 8 months old has been having toothache since last friday. It has started to swell on the left cheek recently. because of cavity on the lower teeth inside the jaw. could you suggest some directions please?

I would like to suggest you to visit a pedodontist nearby your places and would like to suggest for iopa x-ray and check the extent of depth of caries radiographically and then if needed go for pulpectomy of that teeth.
