Toothache during pregnancy
I am 35 weeks pregnant .. facing severe tooth ache on 5 right side teeth...both upper and lower jaw pain spreads to the entire gum area of right side ..where teeth on the left side doesn't pain... Cold water gurgling helps for a min and ..it again starts paining ..this usually happens at night... yesterday I had to take pain killer...but this happens almost daily!..what is the remedy Please help!

I think you have deep cavities.May go for Root canal n capping

Safe medications during  pregnancy, 1) T. Augmentin DUO 625, 3 times/day, total 15 tablets. 3) T. Parasafe 650, only in case of pain, maximum 4 times/day. Do not take any other painkiller. 1,3 to be consumed after food. 1- tablets to be consumed(all 15 tablets to be strickly consumed) as per instruction even if pain subsides after a few tablets. If no pain, do not take no.3 medicin. 4)C.pan D, once a day, before food for 5 days.

Sounds like an infection due to a cavity. It could be just one tooth radiating to the whole side.
Next Steps
May need to take mild dose of antibiotics and pain killer.  Any invasive procedure will have to be done post delivery
