Tooth ache could be due to decay in the tooth or an erupting third molar or due to any other reason.please visit a dentist and he/she would make an X-ray/rvg of the region and see it clinically would be in a better position to diagnose it

It might be because of a decayed tooth. Take ketorol Dt two tablets at a time tonight and one tablet every 8 hrs  tomorrow.
