I am having mild toothache on both the sides in the lower jaw. I have been suffering from this since last 1 week.

As the question does not provide any detail of the problem for conclusion yet Visit a dentist for oral examination and evaluation. Tests would help to pinpoint the diagnosis and treatment plan for it. It has already been a week so it's high time for you to visit your dentist asap.
