As per your complain any pain killer medicine (ketorol dt) you will take it will give you temporary relief say for 3-4 hrs or so depending on the severity of the infection. You have to visit to any dentist to have further clinical examination and investigation like x-ray and for proper and permanent treatment.
Next Steps
visit your near by dentist.
Health Tips
don't delay the visit or else it will worsen the condition.

Hi
Take tablet ketoral DT for immediate pain relief .Pain and swelling is because of severe infection and pus collection over your tooth or gums which needs to confirm with the x-ray .Visit ur nearby dentist and make it done.
First thing I would suggest you not to take frequent medicines as it doesn't cure dental problems, secondly as ur pain is intermittent, high with swelling means u have a periapical abscess so I would recommend u to visit ur nearby dentist and get the X-ray done
Pain n swelling in gums and tooth are indicating to some infection in the tooth gum bone area. Better get the treatment done by a nearby dentist. Visit as soon as possible so that you will be relieved of pain. Don’t try medication on your own as that will be a temporary relief.
