Hi.. It must be a cavity in the teeth leading to pain. Visit dentist ASAP . You might need root canal treatment. Regards

Hey it's should be cavity between teeth. You already have swelling and pain please consult a dentist immediately so that you can start RCT immediately along with a course of antibiotics.
