Toothache on RCT teeth
I have done RCT a year ago. Toothache start from last two days. Mild pain, I m not sure bit I think pus is coming out. Some swolleness in chick. Started taking Dolo and gudcef 200 as suggested by friend from yesterday. Is it good or shoud wait till lockdown?

Yes it can be an infection but that cannot be confirmed  without intra oral Xray. Tab Amoxyclav 625 1 tab Twice daily x 5 days Tab Metrogyl  ER 1 tab twice x 5 days Tab Zerodol Sp 1 tab thrice daily x 5 days Tab Rantac D 1 tab twice daily before meal x 5 days . Warm Saline gargle 3-4 times a day.( Continue) Visit your dentist after the lockdown period.

need to get a dental x-ray done. might need re - rct. call your dentist who did the rct and see if he can do any treatment now or if the pain in mild, it can be subsided right now with antibiotics, analgesics. pus can be taken caare with serrato-peptidase.

It looks gums surrounding tooth is bit inflamed. It's due to inflammation of gums due to improper hygeine

Thorough cleaning is required. If it doesn't subside a dental X-ray should be taken.Please go to some nearby dental clinic if doesn't have any travel history

Phexin 500mg twice a day Metrogyl 400mg thrice a day Pantop 20 once day on empty stomach for 5days Use warm salt water for gargle or u can gargle with betadine mouthwash

Sign of pus discharge can't be appreciated from these two pics. Sometimes accumulated food debris can be mistaken as possible as both cause bad breath. Luke warm water salt gargle,if relieving and The medications you have mentioned yourself can be taken with rantac 300 once a day before food. Betadine gargle once a day after food for 7 days. 10drops directly in mouth, hold for maximum 4-5 mins and spit out,  do not eat, drink or rinse for next half an hour.
