Top head feeling hot
My 2years old baby already gone from seizure one time and doctor have cured it but past 3days his fever is not going down the effect of medicine given by doctor only last long for 2hours then afterwards his top head starts to feel so hot ,doctor had given some tab also to prevent seizure but I'm so nervous right now should I take him to hospital his head is burning I have given paracetamol but its not working ?

He probably has what we call febrile seizure,resulting from fever due to any cause.
This usually occurs till 3 years of age,and sometimes up-to 6 years.
It's essential to reduce temperature rapidly to avoid seizures.
Use syp combiflam if plain paracetamol is not effective in reducing the fever.
Also,bathe or sponge the child.
A drug called frisium is used to prevent febrile seizure and is to be given for 58 hours whenever fever occurs.
