Since last week I have been experiencing a slight pain in the chest. The pain is similar to the pain in the muscles when we play after a long period of inactivity. The pain is experienced during yawning, right after I wake up, sometimes during deep breathing certain movements. Are these signs for anything serious?

This is mostly due to muscle spasm, take some pain killers an muscle relaxant if not cured go for Physio therapy....
