Im having whitish coating on tounge from 2 days...having thorat pain also...pain when speaking...plz suggest me medcns

It may be a cause of viral throat infection, may also be due to the antibiotics taken for throat infection, if you have started them. Please show a doctor for confirm diagnosis.
