Tounge and thorat problem
Im tobacoo user and left month back...im having white coating on tounge from last month...thorat pain too...i went to ent and dentist...evrything is okk...but from last week i noticed painless lumps below tounge and flore of mouth...thorat and slight ear pain too

May be because of the withdrawal symptom so don't worry but to be on the safer side u must visit the oral pathologist to get the confirmation done.
