Toungue sensation
Hi doctor.my toungue feels a little weird.it gives a slightly burning feeling when I eat anything.it has some whitish circles ulcer looking thing on its surface.

This appears to be aphthous ulcer ,mostly due to vitamin deficiency.
Next Steps
Apply coconut oil over those white spots twice or thrice daily. Take vitamin capsules like Cobadex forte for 15 days atleast. Take good quantities of leafy vegetables daily.

It may be Aphthous ulcer,nothing to worry,cause is not definite,may be due to stress,nutritional deficiency, or infections, R u getting it recurrent? Keep oral hygiene, avoid spicy food,take vitamins,use probiotics,esp curds nd yoghurt, apply ZYTEE ORAL GEL,before taking food,it ll go off after a week,if it comes regularly,you should go for investigations
