HbsAg also called Hepatitis B is a disease which can be suppressed by lamivudin an antiviral drug. Studies hav shown of zero transmission risk when the viral load is undetectable.
How ever to further protect you can use barrier method sex eg condom
And sperm washing technique for birth of children to zeroing transmission risk to u nd ur future child
